The goal for OAESH was to create a reliable interface for owners navigating high-stress medical emergencies – because when a pet is in crisis, every second counts. While the existing logo remained the brand’s cornerstone, a comprehensive digital aesthetic was developed around it – incorporating custom iconography and original photography to ensure a cohesive visual experience to inspire confidence and trust. The project centered on a UX/UI strategy that prioritized high-stress user journeys, streamlining information architecture and emergency intake flows to be intuitive and accessible under pressure.
The final deliverable was a fully responsive, bilingual WordPress site built with mobile-first approach to ensure rapid load times for users requiring immediate veterinary assistance.
